As a nutritionist-dietitian, my primary goal is to help you acquire better lifestyle habits while maintaining the pleasure of eating. This process of well-being begins with obtaining a structured plan that will allow you to reach your health goals.
My second goal is to be able to offer a totally personalized service that follows the needs and availability of my clients. It is also possible to choose from a variety of services offered; nutritional consultation, grocery store visit, weight management program, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and much more. I also offer nutrition services not only for individuals, but also for families and businesses.

In Canada, the title of dietitian is protected like other health professionals. It is used to refer to a person who has received rigorous training from an accredited university, a person who adheres to provincial regulations and who has a valid license number. In the event of a food / health problem, it is therefore recommended to consult a professional with training in this area rather than a nutrition coach.

Uncontrolled diabetes leads to a systematic rise in blood glucose levels (hyperglycemia) and can lead to serious complications including cardiovascular disease, vision loss, kidney failure, nerve damage and amputations. Therefore, it requires appropriate management, including monitoring of eating habits and nutritional strategies to keep blood glucose levels under control.
Half of Canadians (52%) 20 years of age and older live with a chronic disease and 1.3 million Canadians live with heart disease. Healthy eating can influence several risk factors such as cholesterol, high blood pressure, weight and waist circumference, and blood sugar levels.
